Non-Human Projects
Conservation Genetics
HOGL researchers apply the latest molecular technologies to issues of Conservation Biology. We currently have a diverse array of projects addressing endangered species conservation, captive breeding and reintroduction programs, invasive species, and disease monitoring.

The Mouse Project
HOGL and GATC genotype genetically engineered mice for the Doetschman Lab.

Whitefly Project
HOGL, in co-operations with Judy Brown, Department of Plant Sciences, University of Arizona, is developing an genetic marker panel for whiteflies that expands existing and adds new loci to address questions of phylogeny, phylogeography, dispersal and hybridization.
