Information Specialist, The DNA Shoah Project
I coordinate the outreach efforts of the DNA Shoah Project,
an innovative effort to reunite Holocaust survivors and their
descendants via the creation of a genetic database. I serve as the
primary point of contact for the public and the media vis-a -vis the
project and I design marketing materials that will best introduce the
project to potential supporters and collaborators worldwide.
I graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with
degrees in Political Science (International Relations emphasis) and
French Literature. I speak fluent French, a smattering of Spanish and
I've forgotten all the Russian I've ever learned.
I am an avid knitter, spinner, potter and yogi who enjoys cooking and
gardening and who never has any trouble filling up her "free" time.
